West Forsyth Wrestling

The anticipated weekly practice schedule for the season is below.  Practice times may shift based on tournaments, holidays, etc.  Please always use the Calendar on the website to confirm practice plans and make sure you are following the team GroupMe for up to date information.

All practices, unless otherwise communicated, will be held in the Wrestling Room (Aux gym) at West Forsyth High School.  

Monday evening youth sessions will be focused on more beginner/inexperienced wrestlers. 

Morning Middle School practices are optional for more experienced Middle School wrestlers to join the High School team.

Registration fees for 2025/26 season

• High School = $600
• Middle School = $300
• Elementary School = $175

This fee includes all practices and all team events from October 20 through the end of the season.  NOTE - Individual youth Team Georgia events for ES/MS have separate registration processes and are not included in these fees.  

Team Gear Bundle is no longer available.  

***Practice uniform***

High School wrestlers will be required this year to wear custom West Practice t-shirts and black bottoms (shorts, joggers, etc.) to every practice.  Two t-shirts will be included in your gear package as part of your registration. 

Middle School and Elementary School wrestlers do not have a required practice uniform and do not have practice t-shirts included in their gear packages, but can purchase them for $10/each if desired.  These practice shirts help keep wear and tear on other clothing to a minimum and were a big hit last year.
